| Ensemble theaters occupy a unique space in the American theater. Encompassing a field as diverse as the country itself, ensembles are often defined by a deep connection to community, Collective decision-making power and ownership, long gestation periods to devise new work, egalitarian processes & structures and artists/administrators who work together consistently over years. The needs and concerns of ensembles are often quite different than their more traditional cousins. |

where you can:
bring games or ideas to share, raise questions, trade strategies, swap know-how & Find out what is happening at the national level.
Come convene with like-minded folk.
Those who wish to continue the conversation beyond the allotted time are invited to move upstairs to the zipper tavern following the roundtable.
